Terms of Service
Soltura Private Beta Terms of Service
These Terms govern invitation-only access to Soltura's experimental, no-charge private beta. The beta may change or stop and must not be used as the sole basis for critical decisions.
1. Agreement
These Terms are between Ray García, who operates Soltura, and you. You accept them when you create a workspace. Signing in alone does not record acceptance.
You must be at least 18, use Soltura for professional or business evaluation, and have authority over the systems and data you connect.
2. The beta
Soltura receives declared business signals and shows where a business flow changed or stopped. Access is invitation-only, no-charge, revocable, and not generally available.
The beta is experimental, so features, limits, and availability may change. Do not use it for critical operations or as the only record of business activity.
3. Your account and data
Use an email address you control and protect your sessions and credentials. Connect only systems and data you are authorized to use.
Do not send personal data in business-signal fields. Do not send payment-card or health data, government identifiers, credentials, secrets, source code, repository archives, database dumps, agent conversations, raw request bodies, or undeclared payloads.
4. Acceptable use
Do not bypass access controls or quotas, access another workspace, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, resell access, or use Soltura unlawfully.
Soltura can report missing or inconclusive evidence. Do not treat an unknown or degraded result as proof that everything is healthy.
5. Availability and support
The beta has no uptime or service-level commitment. We may suspend access for security, misuse, provider failure, or because the beta changes or ends.
Email support@soltura.ai when you need help. We do not promise a response time. Do not send secrets, raw customer data, source code, or private agent conversations.
6. Ownership and feedback
You keep your rights in your manifests and authorized business signals. You allow Soltura to process them only to provide, secure, support, and operate the beta as described in the Privacy Notice.
If you voluntarily provide feedback, Soltura may use it to improve the product. We will not publish your identity or confidential content without separate permission.
7. Export and deletion
A workspace owner can export or delete the workspace through Soltura Cloud. Deletion revokes its credentials and removes its live data. Some encrypted backup copies and a one-way deletion record may remain as explained in the Privacy Notice.
Deleting a workspace does not delete an account that may be used for another workspace. To delete the account, email privacy@soltura.ai from its verified address.
8. Responsibility
The beta has no uptime or accuracy guarantee. Check its output and keep your own systems and records safe.
Nothing in these Terms limits a right or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
9. Changes, law, and contact
If a material policy change requires acceptance, Soltura will present the new version before managed access continues. Accepting these Terms is not consent to marketing.
The laws of Spain govern these Terms. Any rights that the law gives you still apply. Email questions to support@soltura.ai.
