Install Soltura in this repository and help me choose one business question to keep answered. Do not instrument application code, open a pull request, create a write credential, or add an MCP connector.

1. Download https://soltura.ai/install.sh to a temporary file, show me the script, and run it with sh once I approve. Then install the Soltura skill.
2. Ask me, in plain business language, what accountable business question or promise I want to review. Ask only the follow-up questions needed to make the decision, who must decide and act, the population, and the time horizon clear.
3. Inspect only the repository surfaces I authorize. From my answers plus those surfaces, propose 2–4 candidate measurements. For each candidate state: the question it would keep answered, which supported behavior type can evaluate it, the signals it would need, and what it cannot prove. Supported types are funnel, traffic_quality, rate, trajectory, age_distribution, and coverage. If I ask for retention, a returning-user cohort, or weekly-active-user progress as the week advances, say that is not a supported measurement yet; do not invent a funnel or chart for it.
4. Ask me to choose one candidate, or to adapt or replace it. Restate the chosen question in one sentence, ask me to confirm it explicitly, and stop for my answer.
5. After I confirm it, present the minimum accountable measurement as a proposal in this conversation: the question, owner, population, horizon, behavior type, required signals, and limitations. If I ask to see it in Cloud, write only the local soltura.yaml needed to compile that proposal, run soltura measurement declare --manifest soltura.yaml --cloud-url https://cloud.soltura.ai, and stop after Cloud shows the declared question. Do not generate a write credential, instrument application code, or open a pull request.

What happens next
The agent stops at every decision that needs your approval. The first session never opens a pull request. After you confirm, you can declare the question in Cloud without a write credential.

Connect your account from Claude or ChatGPT if you only want to consult your answers. If the question is already confirmed and you want to instrument it, copy the instrumentation message. If you prefer to control the command, install Soltura from the terminal.
Consult your answers without installing anything in a repository; credentials never enter the agent.
